Great location and some lovely touches but honestly came away feeling we had drastically overpaid Positive: Great location. Nice bedroom and bathroom. Great shower. Gorgeous Matakana soaps Negative: Small living room. The apartment is meant for two people so a smaller round dining table and more comfortable leisure seating would be a better option. We felt the $1300 plus dollars for 2 nights was ridiculous compared to all the other properties we stayed at on our vacation

Positive: The property was beautiful and clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Absolutely amazing they allowed dogs so we could have our dog share our holiday with us. Super happy with the property and amenities overall Negative: The Wifi option that was given in the message I received upon check in was not there and couldn’t get the wifi or tv to work during our stay and didn’t get a message back from the property for assistance

Clean, tidy and convenient. Noisy and needs some attention to the details. Positive: Clean, tidy, and convenient location for beaches, restaurants and art. Negative: High level of traffic noise, & noise from marine engineering business opposite. A strong smell from the wooden sleepers recently oiled (outside front and back door), Cushion on Egg chair moldy. No service provided over 4 days - overflowing rubbish bin, same tea towel...
