Matakana was a fantastic location for a weekend getaway. Lots to do and see in the area. Positive: Fantastic location Outdoor bath Negative: Very small living area. Nowhere to sit and have a meal except on your lap. TV may have been better on the wall in bedroom as it was hard to view from couch facing away!

Overall it’s a great property and would stay again Positive: Close to town Nice out door bath Negative: No tv in the bedroom Bathroom door doesn’t seal properly for privacy

Blissful break in Matakana, highly recommended! Positive: Great location (very central) yet still very peaceful to stay in. Everything you need is there and it’s super cosy and welcoming. The outdoor bath is really special.

Overall great stay and would recommend coming here if you are in this area. Lovely little villa! Positive: We really enjoyed the stay, was a great villa to stay in and very close to the town. Bath tub, bed, kitcken and sofa were are really comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Negative: One thing I think that would make the stay perfect would be to have higher fencing, so each villa can have that privacy it requires.
