Nice place to stay, but …
Positive: We have enjoyed our stay at Matakana Luxury Escapes. However, not everything was as “luxury” as it seemed. We have touched base by email with the staff but have never heard back from them. This is why we wont give a five star review. There was definitely room for improvement.
