Nice unit, but poor living area design Positive: Nice open bathroom. Good outside bath Negative: The living area was a bad design/layout to the point of being ridiculous, having a large, well equipped kitchenette for food preparation but nowhere to eat, not even a coffee table. The tv was side on to the lounge, making it uncomftable to watch.

Positive: Management really looked after us.

Wonderful time in Matakana. Nice place to stay. We were very happy. Positive: Very close to the village. The outdoor bath was lovely. The bed and pillows perfect. Negative: The plastic bath tray. The candle holder and table are a bit tired.

Excellent host and property Positive: What a beautiful property! The bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful and soft linens. Everything we needed was there, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels for makeup removal, towels for showers and for the beach. Although we did not use the robes they were provided. This place is right in town and easy access to shops, breakfast, dinner and the Matakana Saturday Market which was a lot of fun! Wonderful A+ Host. Negative: absolutely nothing
